Position Overview:
We are seeking licensed practical nurses and registered nurses for a float role covering clinics in the Wake Forest and Rolesville area. This is a full-time opportunity offering diverse clinical experiences in a dynamic environment. This role supports various clinic locations, ensuring continuity and high-quality patient care. You'll be working with a collaborative clinical team that values professionalism, accuracy, and compassion.
Qualifications - Licensed Practical Nurse I:

- Current Practical Nurse license in North Carolina \n
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant science coursework preferred \n
- BCLS certification \n
- Ability to manage basic patient care tasks and assist with routine clinical procedures \n
- Familiarity with telephone triage, pediatric screenings, and EMR usage \n
- Willingness to travel locally for clinic coverage \n
- Comfortable with patient education and coordinating care under supervision \n
Qualifications - Licensed Practical Nurse II:

- All qualifications of LPN I, plus: \n
- Proven experience handling more complex patient care situations with autonomy \n
- Strong triage and communication skills \n
- Skilled in lab procedures and interpreting abnormal results \n
- Takes initiative in care coordination, patient education, and mentoring less experienced staff \n
- Ability to lead and support clinical peers as a team resource \n
- Demonstrates clinical judgment and efficient task management \n
Qualifications - Registered Nurse I:

- Current Registered Nurse license in North Carolina \n
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in a related science preferred \n
- BCLS certification \n
- Competency in standard clinical nursing duties including patient assessment, care planning, implementation, and evaluation \n
- Ability to support clinic flow and manage telephone triage under guidance \n
- Willingness to cross-train and cover weekends or additional clinics as needed \n
Qualifications - Registered Nurse II:

Qualifications
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
- National Institutes of Health (NIH)
- Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
- Active unencumbered Registered Nurse North Carolina state license
- Graduate from a fully accredited Registered Nurse program
- One year of work experience as Registered Nurse
- One year of EMR experience
- Board Certified

- Maintains and updates clinical knowledge and skills.
- Participates in relevant continuing education programs.
- Knowledge of and dedication to the highest patient care and provide the utmost service excellence to all patients.
- Ability to take initiative and to exercise independent judgment, decision-making and problem-solving expertise.
- A can-do, team oriented attitude is essential, as the ability to work independently and to interact easily with physicians, other managers and staff throughout the department and hospital.
- Effective interpersonal/communication, organizational, and the flexibility to handle multiple tasks.
