In this critical nursing role, you'll facilitate *safe and efficient patient transfers* across our healthcare system while delivering exceptional customer service to physicians, hospitals, and patients. If you're a skilled *critical care or emergency nurse* looking to leverage your clinical expertise in a *fast-paced, collaborative environment*, this is the opportunity for you. *Transfer Coordinator RN Job Summary* The *Transfer Coordinator RN* ensures seamless coordination of patient transfers *to and within the Baylor Scott & White Health System*. This nurse professional serves as the communication hub between referring physicians, internal hospital departments, and care teams, ensuring compliance with *COBRA/EMTALA* regulations.
